I solve problems through design

I care about users. Every problematic design can lead to one or more user pain points. A User Experience designer, however, can not only remedy these pain points, but can elegantly connect users with their destination. Sometimes we need to remove barriers standing between users and their goals (e.g. the chatbot vs forms project), while sometimes we need to give users a trigger to increase their interest in interacting with the product (eg. the online shopping gamification project).

I care about details. Sometimes details can cause serious problems. But if we think about details in another way, they provide opportunities. They give us chances to come up with less costly solutions, saving us time, emotion, money, and labor, while inspiring us to find new possibilities of enhancing the user experience of any product.
